The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public
hearing for Wednesday, November 19, 1986 at 9:30 a.m.in the Board
Room of the St. Croix County Courthouse, Hudson, Wisconsin, to
consider the following appeals to the St. Croix County Zoning
Ordinance. An on site investigation will be made of each site in
question, after which the board contemplates adjournment into
closed session for the purpose of deliberating on the appeal, and
will readjourn into open session for the purpose of voting on the
appeal.

MINUTES
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING, AND HEARING
NOVEMBER 19, 1986
Meeting called to order by Chairman Meinke at 9:00 A.M. in the
County Board Room, Courthouse, Hudson. Present were Supervisors
Meinke and Kinney. Absent, Supervisor Sweitzer. Minutes of the
October meeting and hearings approved as written.
OLD BUSINESS: Mr. Tom Soderberg talked to the board on the
erosion plan for their property. The project cannot be completed
until spring due to weather conditions. Cost of the project is
$5,010. Motion by Supervisor Kinney to accept the SCS proposal,
and have Mr. Soderberg put $5,010 in escrow to ensure the project
will be completed. Seconded by Supervisor Meinke. Motion
carried. Mr. Soderberg will have the money at the Zoning Office
prior to approval.
Mr. Ronald Dulitz and Robert Duzak discussed their problems with
the A T & T building in the Town of Troy. Greg Timmerman,
Assistant District Attorney, spoke to the board on the problems
with A T & T. It is his opinion that he has no objections to the
variance. The Town Board has no objections to the variance, but
there have been violations from the Zoning Office. Motion by
Supervisor Kinney to approve the request of A T & T for an 84
foot setback from a town road. By accepting this approval, A T &
,r, or future owners will not hold the county or township liable
for any future damage. Seconded by Supervisor Meinke. Motion
carried.
Chairman Meinke called the hearing to order. Zoning
Administrator read notice of the hearing as published in the
local newspapers.

3. ARTICLE: 8.4 B(2)(b), Setback from a state highway
APPELLANT: Farmers Cooperative Produce Assn.
LOCATION: NW1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 30,
T29N-R1GW, Town of Baldwin
Mr. William Nettekoven presented his request to construct a
garage that would be 100 feet from the centerline of a town road,
explaining that he needs additional storage for equipment. DNR
has no objections to the request. Questions by members of the
board.
Mr. Tom Lovick presented his request to fill and grade a portion
of his property in order to construct a road to a minor

sub-division that he is planning. The road will have a 66 foot
right of way. Questions by members of the board.
Mr. Eugene Pribnow presented the request of the Farmers
Cooperative Association to construct a fertilizer blending plant
that would be 59.6 feet from the centerline of US Highway 12.
Questions by board members.
Hearings recessed to view the properties in question. The board
made the following decisions:
1. WILLIAM NETTEKOVEN: Motion by Supervisor Kinney to approve
a 100 foot setback form the centerline of a town road. By
accepting this approval, Mr. Nettekoven, his heirs, or any future
owners will not hold the county or township liable for any future
damages. Seconded by Supervisor Meinke. Motion carried. Vote
to approve: Meinke, yes, Kinney, yes, Sweitzer, absent.
2. THOMAS LOVICK: Motion by Supervisor Kinney to approve the
request to fill and grade on his property to construct a road to
a future minor sub-division. The entrance from STH 35 & 64 shall
be at least 66 feet right of way and necessary easements. Also
must approval from DOT. The road constructed shall be a 66 foot
right of way. By accepting this approval, Mr. Lovick, his heirs,
or future owners will not hold the state, county, or township
liable for any damages. Seconded by Supervisor Meinke. Motion
carried. Vote to approve: Meinke, yes, Kinney, yes, Sweitzer,
absent.
3. FARMERS COOPERATIVE PRODUCE ASSOCIATION: Motion by
Supervisor Meinke to approve the request for a 59.6 foot setback
from the centerline of US 12 to construct a fertilizer blending
building. By accepting this approval, the Coop or any future
owners will not hold the state, county, or township liable for
any future damage. Seconded by Supervisor Kinney. Motion
carried. Vote to approve: Meinke, yes, Kinney, yes, Sweitzer,
absent.
The next Board of Adjustment meeting and hearings will be
December 16, 1986 at 9:00 A.M. and the Richard Stout hearing will
be at 2:00 P.M., December 16.
Hearing adjourned at 1:15 P.M.

PUBLIC HEARING
The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public
hearing for Wednesday, November 19, 1986 at 9:30 a.m.in the Board
Room of the St. Croix County Courthouse, Hudson, Wisconsin, to
consider the following appeals to the St. Croix County Zoning
Ordinance. An on site investigation will be made of each site in
question, after which the board contemplates adjournment into
closed session for the purpose of deliberating on the appeal, and
will readjourn into open session for the purpose of voting on the
appeal.
