ST 109, wTORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING

1 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows:
2 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County of St.
3 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property:
4 From Rural Residential District to Commercial District:
5 PART OF THE SW Y4OF THE SE Y4OF SECTION 3, T 29N, R19W, TOWN OF ST.JOSEPH, ST.
6 CROIX COUNTY WISCONSIN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
7 BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1 OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP VOLUME
8 22 PAGE 5443 AS RECORDED IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE FOR SAID ST. CROIX
9 COUNTY;THENCE N00001'00"W A DISTANCE OF 26.48 FEET; THENCE
10 N81012'06"E A DISTANCE OF 91.52 FEET; THENCE N89059'00"E A DISTANCE
11 OF 319.55 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID SW '/4 OF THE SE '/4; THENCE
12 S00001'00"E ALONG SAID EAST LINE A DISTANCE OF 40.45 FEET; THENCE,
13 ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 1, S890 59'00"W A DISTANCE OF

16 The official zoning map of the Town of St. Joseph on file in the Community
17 Development Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
18 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in
19 Section 59.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes. This ordinance shall not be codified.
