1 AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE,
2 SECTION 32,T29N, R16W, TOWN OF BALDWIN
3 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows-
4 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the
5 County of St. Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following
6 described property-
7 From AG-1 Agricultural District to AG-2 Agricultural District:
8 SEC 32 T29N R16W NE NE EXC S 313 FT OF E 348 FT FKA 002-1079-10
9 (465A) EXC PT TO CSM 15/4155 & EXC PT TO CSM 22-5342, and;

11 SEC 32 T29N R16W SE NE

13 The official zoning map of the Town of Baldwin on file in the Community
14 Development Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
15 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in
16 Section 59.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes. This ordinance shall not be codified.
17 Dated this 4th day of January, 2018 at Hudson, Wisconsin.
