Dear Mr. Marson:
Subdividing of six (6) parcels of land less than five (5) acres is a
direct violation of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinances and also
the State of Wisconsin Statutes.
You are hereby refrained to sell any more property until such
time as you have approved subdivision. If this ordinance is not
complied with, legal action will be taken to the extent of the law
by this office and the District Attorney.
