J Ily Re: Allyndale Highway 35 North, Route 1, Hudson St. Croix County Dear Mr. Buttenhoff: Enclosed is a copy of a sanitary survey completed at the above licensed mobile home park by the State Division of Health on June 17, 1981. The report lists several deficiencies which will require your immediate attention. They are: 1. Three mobile homes located on the east lot line are closer than 10 feet to a property line in the park. 2. All pads occupied by residents must be maintained in a sanitary condition at all times. It is of utmost importance that item #1 receive your attention as the administrative codes require a minimum of 10 feet separation between a basic unit and the lot line. It would be advisable that in the event removal of the units would be impractical that consideration be given to the purchasing of additional land adjacent to the east boundary line of the park. This type of purchase would enable you to satisfy this requirement without any additional moving expenses. The survey was based on Chapter H 77, Mobile Home Parks, Wisconsin Administrative Code, and any questions you have regarding this survey or other matters pertaining to mobile home park operation can be addressed to this office at any time.
