DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land located in part of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter, of
Section 14, Township 29 'North, Range 16 West, Town of $aidwin, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows
Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 14; thence NO0°27'03"W, along the
west line of said Northwest quarter, a distance of 1109.95 feet; thence S87°14'42"E, a
distance of 953.53 feet; thence S01°16"27"E, a distance of 614,42 feet; thence
S17°09'13°E, a distance o,f 322.64 feet; thence S00°27'37"E, a distance of 131.31 feet, to
the south line of said Northwest quarter; thence, N87°17'58"W, a distance of 1056.07 feet,
to the point of beginning. The described parcel contains 1,090,035 square feet (25.02
acres), and is subject to easements of record
