This packet (original + 2 copies) includes: Land Use Permit: Application Form & Fee Recorded Warranty Deed Certified Survey Map Original Septic Permit Soil Test (for future replacement system) Information on Below Grade Infiltration System Building Plans Plan Set 11x17 includes the following: Title Page/Location Map Existing Conditions Grading & Erosion Control Plan/Stormwater Management River View X-section Erosion Control Details Project Summary Statements: The project will include demolition an existing residence prior to construction. The new residence will be constructed near the original house location, but slightly east in order to maintain compliance with the existing bluffline setback. The new home will comply with the St. Croix County roadway setbacks, but will require a variance from the Town of St. Joseph to seek relief from their more restrictive 75' roadway setback. The current plan is to reconnect to the existing septic system. However, additional soil tests have been completed to identify an alternate system location in the event that the existing system needs to be replaced. Please review and contact me if you have any questions or if there is a need for additional information.
