ST. C}� LINTY. AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION
" - � 5, T29N, R15W, TOWN OF SPRINGFIELD
1 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows:
2 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County of St.
3 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property:
4 From Rural Residential District to AG-2 Agricultural District:
5 SEC 5 T29N R15W PT NW NE CSM 17-4528 LOT 1 (3.06 AC)
6 The official zoning map of the Town of Springfield on file in the Community Development
7 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
8 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in Section 59.14
9 of the Wisconsin Statutes. This ordinance shall not be codified.
10 Dated this 7th day of August, 2018 at Hudson, Wisconsin.
