RI: Conditional Approval: File# LUP-2018-046 Project Location: 20.30.18.310, Iowa of Richmond Project Address: 1068'140"' Ave Alex & Cayla, Community Development staff have reviewed the Land Use Permit application for expansion of the existing principal structure and filling and grading pursuantto the Shoreland Overlay District Chapter 1x.30. The request has been conditionally approved based on the application submission and the fol owing findings. • The addition to the princpal structure meets the 50-foot wetland setback, 75-foot ordinary high veater mark setback, and is not within the mapped Lone A FEMA Floodplain. The property line setbacks have been rnet. • Erosion and Sediment Control plans have been submitted that meet Wisconsin Department of Nakiral Resources Technical Standards. Best Management Praclu es and will be incorporated. • The Private Onsite Wastewater Trealrnent System was approved under County Sanitary Permit NL,mber: 128629 for a 3 bedroom system. 1 he addition will replace a 4 season porch, include a basement foundation and is 14' x 22' in dimension. Permanent vegetation shall be established once final grade is reached or as soon as applicable per plan. i. All temporary erosion control measures shall be left in place and maintained until the site has reached a point of at least 70% permanent vegetation. A post-construction photographic evidence is regwrecf prior to removing the ternporary sediment and erosion control measures and to verify the expansion is complete. It is the applicant's responsibility to secure any other required local, slate or federal permit(s) and approval(s) prior to land disturbance activity. I ailure to comply with the terms or conditions above may result in the revocation of this permit by the 7oning Adminisuator according to Chapter 17.30 (13). Your information will remain on file at the M. Croix County Cornomnity Development Department suite. It is your responsibility to ensure cornpliance with any other local, state, or federal permitting or regulations, including contacting the Town of Richmond and the Department of Natural Resources to inquire if additional permissions are required. This perrnit is valid for one year, with the possibility of up to two (2) six- rnonth extensions if the applicant submits the appropriate permit extension fee and documentation to the 7oning Administrator. A copy of the Land Use Permit placard should be submitted to the local Building Inspector for the town upon application for the building permit.
