NTY TOWN OF HUDSON CSM 21-5275 LOT 1 REZONING 3.581 ACRES 102 : FROM COMMERCIAL TO COMMERCIAL/LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ����R ��� '��« 1 WHEREAS, Richmar Investment Properties, LLC owns 3.581 acres of land at 751 2 Sterbenz Drive in the Town of Hudson, that is zoned Commercial; and 3 4 WHEREAS, the subject parcel is legally described below: 5 6 A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 27, Township 29N, Range 19W 7 described as follows: Hudson Business Center ('06) Part of Lot 20 (2.75 acres) and Part of Lot 8 21 now known as CSM 21-5275 Lot 1 (3.581 acres); and 9 10 WHEREAS, the owner has petitioned the Town of Hudson to rezone subject property 11 from Commercial to Commercial/Light Industrial in order to allow for expansion of an existing 12 business on an adjacent property known as TDI Cable(located at 748 Exchange Drive); and 13 14 WHEREAS, the Town of Hudson Plan Commission met on May 21, 2018 and 15 recommended approval of the rezoning petition for the 3.581 acres from Commercial to 16 Commercial/Industrial; and 17 18 WHEREAS, following due advertisement announcing the public hearing as required by 19 law, the Town of Hudson Town Board held said public hearing on July 10, 2018 and approved 20 the rezoning request; and 21 22 WHEREAS, Section 60.62(3), Wisconsin Statutes states that in counties having a county 23 zoning ordinance no town zoning ordinance amendment is effective unless approved by the 24 county board; and 25 26 WHEREAS, St. Croix County has a zoning ordinance; and 27 28 WHEREAS, the Community Development Committee has reviewed the proposed 29 amendment and recommends approval. 30 31 THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the 32 amendment to the Town of Hudson Zoning Ordinance described above is hereby approved.
