Hudson, WI 54016 RI : Conditional Approval Files LUP 2018 051 Project Location: 13/24.28.20702, To:^:n of Troy Project Address: 20 Cove I n, Mary Clohisy, Community Development staff have reviewed the I and Use Perrnil application for filling and grading less than 10,000 square feet outside of the slope preservation zone and greater Ihan 40 feet from the slope preservation zone pursuanl to Chapter 17.36 F.2.a.2).The request has been conditionally approved based on the application submission and the following findings. • Erosion and Sediment Control plans have been submitted that meet Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Technical Standards. Crest Management Practices and Stormwater Management will be incorporated. Frosion mat is to be installed and seeding to be done immediately following final grading. • The existing POV%/TS is to be replaced to meet current stancards in U I. 12 of the Y. Croix County Code of Ordinances. Based on these findings, approval of ,he Land Use Permit is subject to the following conditions: 1. A construction inspection is required to verify erosion and sediment control has been installed downslope of construction activities prior to any land disturbance a(livity. Please call me at (715) 386-4742 to schedule this inspection. 7. All lemporary erosion control measures shall be left in place and rnainlained until the site has reached a point of at least 70% permanent vegetation and retaining walls have been set. 3. It is the applicant's responsibility to secure any other required local, state or federY permit(s) and approval(s) prior to land disturbance aclivily. 4. 1 ailure to comply with the leans or conditions above may result in the revocation of this permit by the 7oning Administrator Pursuant to Chapter 17.71 and chapter 1730. This approval is Subject to the conditions listed above, it does not allow for any additional construction, structures, or buildings beyond the limits of INS request. A copy of the I and Use Permit placard should be submitted to the local Building inspector for the town upon applic anon for the building permit.
