SUBSTANCE ABUSE COMMITTEE
RESOLUTION NO. C(2CX ¶)
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, on August 19, 2008 the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors created the
Substance Abuse Committee as a standing committee in Resolution No. 28(2008); and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 28(2008) directed that a description of the committee's purpose be
written for inclusion in the County Board Rules and Bylaws Addendum; and
WHEREAS, the Administration Committee recommends the following description of the
Substance Abuse Committee be placed under the Rules and Bylaws - Addendum - Committees and
Descriptions:
Substance Abuse Committee
The Substance Abuse Committee is responsible for working to end substance abuse in the
County. This work will be done through education, prevention and control programs utilizing
County departments and public and private organizations.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the Board of
Supervisors Rules and Bylaws be amended as set forth above.
