The applicant fiicd an application with the St. Croix County Board of:Adjustincnt I'ou
Conditional Use Permit to operate a Contractor's Storage Ward. per Section 17.:5 (6Vd;~ of
the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
5. A Conlraclor's Storage Yard is considered the outdoor portion ol'a property that is used io
store and maintain equipment and other date.-ials customarily' used b}' the contractor, and
shall be placed or screened by planting as not to be visible from am public highway or
residential building otter than the owner. his a(,cnt or employee.
b. Operation hours are 6:30AM to 6:10P1`1, h'londay through Friday and occasional
Saturday's ,is needed. These hours are when the employees will be picking tip equipment
to go to cach respective jobsite.
There is an existing accessory structure (pole sheds onsitc used to maintain and store
equipment.
