COUNTY AID BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION UNDER SECTION 81.38 OF THE STATUTES

ST. CROIX COUNTY, WISCONSIN
2010
WHEREAS, the various towns, hereinafter named, have filed petitions
for county aid in the construction of bridges under Section 82.08 of the
Wisconsin Statutes, said petitions are hereby granted, and the County's share
is appropriated as follows:

The County Board does hereby levy a tax of $112,300.00
to meet such appropriation on all of the property in the County which
is taxable for such purposes.
WARNING: It is hereby directed that provision for this levy shall be
made in the county budget, but this levy shall not be duplicated.
