JUDGE TO BEGIN IN 2008

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee approved the following new positions for consideration in
the 2008 budget; and
WHEREAS, the new positions were contingent on the approval of a fourth circuit court judge
for St. Croix County ; and
WHEREAS, the fourth judge has been approved for St. Croix County; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends approval of the following new positions:
1. Judicial Assistant – Circuit Court
New, full -time position (GGSS4)
Effective Date: July 1, 2008
Salary and fringe cost in 2008: $25,724
2. Court Clerk —Clerk of Courts
New, full -time position (GGSS4)
Effective Date: August 1, 2008
Salary and fringe cost in 2008: $21,282
3. Security Officer— Sheriff
New, full -time position (LAW3)
Effective Date: September 1, 2008
Salary and fringe cost in 2008: $23,129
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the positions
listed above are approved as indicated.
