BOUNDARIES RESULTING FROM ANNEXATIONS TO THE CITY OF HUDSON
RESOLUTION ti.5 (2008)
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, in 2001 the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors adopted a 10-year
supervisory district plan creating county supervisory districts, municipal aldermanic districts and
election wards following the 2000 Census; and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes § 59.10(3)(c) allows a county board, in its discretion, to
alter the boundaries of supervisory districts based on annexations which occur afler the adoption
of the 1 0-year supervisory district plan, as long as the number of supervisory districts is not
changed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hudson has completed five annexations between January 2001
and May 2007; and
WHEREAS, descriptions of such annexations are shown on the attached; and
WHEREAS, maps of the described parcels, along with copies of the annexation
ordinances have been filed with the St. Croix County Clerk; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
that the supervisory district boundaries are hereby altered by moving the annexed parcels of land
from their previous supervisory district to the new supervisory district as shown on the attached ;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Clerk is hereby directed to
forward all notices required under Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter 59, to the Secretary of State for
the purpose of advising that office of said supervisory district boundary changes.
