COMMITTEE SERVING AS ETHICS BOARD
RESOLUTION NO. oZ3 CZOOg
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, Rules and Bylaws Article VI, Section B. 9. a., provides that the Administration
Committee serves as the St. Croix County Ethics Board; and
WHEREAS, the Administration Committee's description in the Rules and Bylaws Addendum
does not include this duty; and
WHEREAS, the Administration Committee recommends its committee's description in the Rules
and Bylaws Addendum be amended by adding the underlined sentence:
Administration Committee
Responsible for County Board rules and by -laws, monitors State legislative and
administrative activity affecting the County, proposes legislation or action on pending
legislation affecting the County, considers any other matter not specifically delegated to
another committee. Veterans Service Officer shall report to this committee for budget
and other purposes. The Administration Committee shall serve as the St. Croix County
Ethics Board.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the Board of
Supervisors Rules and Bylaws be amended as set forth above.
