St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, Charlotte Sortedahl has resigned as the County Public Health
Officer/Public Health Coordinator; and
WHEREAS, in that position she served as the County's local health officer; and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes § 251.06(4) directs that a local health officer be
appointed by the chairperson of the county board of supervisors and confirmed by the county
board of supervisors; and
WHEREAS, Wendy Kramer has been hired as the Public Health Officer/Public Health
Coordinator and meets the requirements for a local health officer as defined in Wisconsin
Statutes § 251.06.
WHEREAS, the County Board Chair has appointed Wendy Kramer as the local health
officer.
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors hereby
confirms the appointment of Wendy Kramer as the local health officer.
