We recently purchased this piece of land, located on the Apple River, for the purpose ofbuilding a home, to he our primary residence. The land was purchased from Daniel Bracht with the closing taking place on June 15, 2018 through lidina Realty. bVe also request approval to build a secondary structure on the same piece of property, to be a garage with the dimensions of 4-0' wide by 30' feet deep. This garage will be used for storage purposes. Site Plan A site plan which reflects the intended location of both structures, the home and the extra garage, is attached. Project Schedule An updated survey of the property was completed at owners expense in June of "2018. During this survey, all markers were measured and survey information updated. All markers have been located/marked. A soil evaluation test was completed, at owners expense, on September 21, 2018, and was filed with the County by Marv Jo Huppert with Hollister's Soil Testing and Design. In speaking with Ms. Huppert, she indicated no concerns with the results of the PERK test completed. The final schedule has not yet been determined, however, our hope is to excavate for the home prior to host setting into the ground for the season. Construction on the home would begin sometime during the late fall/early winter of 2018/2019. We also intend to construct the extra garage during the Fall and early winter, 2018. A driveway has been excavated to the intended location for the extra garage, and initial excavation work has been completed. Pending obtainment of appropriate permits, the intent is to do the final grade and cement world at the end of October or early November 2018. Contractor List We are currently working with Nordaas American Homes to hnalize plans and costs associated with building the home. It is expected that Todd Featherstone Excavating will perform the excavation work of the home, as well as the installation of the well and septic. 0 3 0 1 - c ° C L', r `TV O S (1-D N O O NO O O s3 (D -0 CD o 63 Oki; . ~ .2 3 4" 0 N _ -t - - - ^ri k ° yid Z5 ~ 0 (D I O F Tio a'. 9 All )r1' 1 cn ' cn t E 73 O $4 \ . , Dy r e - - - - w CL 1 0) ° I T
