PAYMENT FOR PERMANENT FULL - TIME/PART -TIME NON - REPRESENTED

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the wages for the permanent full -time/
part-time non - represented employees of St Croix County; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends the 2009 wage grid for the non-
represented employees remain the same as the 2008 wage grid; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends there be a $520.00 lump sum salary
payment made to all permanent full- time /part-time non - represented employees who have reached
step 7 of the wage grid by December 31, 2008 as budgeted in the 2009 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends those non - represented employees not
at step 7 on the wage grid by December 31, 2008 receive their step increase as scheduled and
budgeted in the 2009 budget;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the 2009
wage grid and the step 7 lump sum salary payment for permanent full- time /part-time non-
represented employees as set forth above is effective January 1, 2009.
