ST. `0� `' T REZONING REQUEST - TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE - KLUCAS
1 AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE,
2 SECTION 24,T31N, R18W, TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE
3 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows:
4 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County of St.
5 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property:
6 A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 24,T31N, R18W,Town
7 of Star Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, being more particularly described as
8 follows: Commencing at the E 1/4 Corner of said Section 24; thence N89039'44"W
9 (bearings referenced to the monumented E-W 1/4 Section Line of said Section 24 and
10 also to the St. Croix County Coordinate System as based on NAD'83291 Adjustment)
11 50.01' along said E-W 1/4 Section Line to the Westerly right-of-way line of State Trunk
12 Highway '65', being also the Point of Beginning;thence S0046'46"E 600.00' along said
13 Westerly right-of-way line; thence N89039'44"W 300.00'; thence N0046'46"W 600.00'
14 to said E-W 1/4 Section Line;thence S89039'44"E 300.00' along said E-W 1/4 Section
15 Line to the Point of Beginning; containing 179,965.8 square feet (or 4.1 acres), more or
16 less.
17 The official zoning map of the Town of Star Prairie on file in the Community Development
18 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
19 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in Section 59.14
20 of the Wisconsin Statutes. This ordinance shall not be codified.
