St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, St. Croix County owns the following property:
Section 11, T3ON R19W SE NE Outlot 1, North Bass Lakes, Parcel # 032 - 2108 -40 -000; and
WHEREAS, St. Croix Electric Cooperative is seeking a utility easement on a portion of this parcel defined as a
strip of land eighteen (18) feet in length by ten (10) feet in width crossing Outlot 1 in an easterly westerly
direction located at the end of the existing cul -de -sac on 165 Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Land & Water Conservation Committee and Department have reviewed the
easement request and informed the St. Croix County Finance Committee of its finding of no detriment to the
County; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends approval of the easement to St. Croix Electric Cooperative;
THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors grants this utility easement
to St. Croix Electric Cooperative.
