The property owner is Thomas Belisle. 2. The site is located at 489 192nd Ave, Somerset, WI i402~. The applicant submimed a Conditional Use Permit application kaith the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment fir the use of a Contractors Storage Yard within the Residential District pursuant to Section 1'•.15(6)(d). 4. The Contractors Storage Yard is located on the same property in which a Nonmetallic Mine operates. 5. This request would not violate the spirit or general intent of the ordinance since a Contractor's Storage Yard is a use permitted by Conditional Usc Permit within the Rural Residential District. 6. The hours of operation are from 7:00 ANI 6:00 PM. Nlondav-Friday. and 7:00 AM 4:00 I'M on Saturdays. 7. '1 he Contractor's Storage Yard is screened front View to the surrounding neighbors. DECISION On the basis of the above Findings of Fact. Conclusions of Law. and the record herein, the Board approved the applicant's Conditional I. Ise requests. with the following, condition: 1. This Conditional Ilse Permit allow; the operation of a Contractor's Storage Yard in the Rural Residential District pursuant to Section 17.1 i(6)(dl of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. 2. 'Fhe hours of operation arc front 7:00 AN'I 6:00 P\1. N~londav-Friday. and 7:00 ANN 4:00 PM on Saturdays. 3. The applicant shall be responsible for sccurinL, any necessary local. State, or Federal permit(s), licenses and appi-mals. 4. All construction and demolition materials. waste products, effluents. residual solvents shall be properly disposed of to applicable county and State standards. Consu-uclion and demolition debris is solid waste subject to the provisions in chapters NR 500-538 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code and Chapter 31 of the St. CrOIS County Code of' Ordinances. 'fhe burning of constntction and demolition debris is prohibited. 5. These conditions may be amended or additional conditions may be added if unanticipated circumstances arise that would attect the health and Or safety of citizens or degrade the natural resources of St. Croix County.
