ST. ROM:�'w '° �.. NTY RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 2018 BUDGET AMENDMENT WITH
FUND BALANCE TRANSFER TO RETIREMENT HEALTH SAVINGS
FUND
1 WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors adopted the 2018 County Budget on
2 November 7, 2017; and

4 WHEREAS, a review of the fund balance for the Retirement Health Savings Fund shows a
5 negative fund balance; and

7 WHEREAS, the budgeted tax levy of$150,000 will be insufficient with current expenditures to
8 pull the fund balance positive.

10 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does
11 authorize an amendment to the 2018 budget and transfer of funds for the above stated purposes to the
12 accounts listed below:

14 General Fund Unassigned Fund Balance 110-0000-000000-34310-00000-00000 debit$380,000
15 $194,000
16 RHS Fund Balance 720-0000-000000-32600-00000-00000 credit$300,000
