COUNTY PROPERTY TO THE TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, St. Croix County owns property along CTH "K" in New Richmond known
as the "Health Center property "; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Star Prairie is seeking a permanent water main easement to
construct and maintain a water main extension from the City of New Richmond; and
WHEREAS, the County Highway Department has reviewed the easement request and
informed the County Finance Committee of its finding of no detriment to the County; and
WHEREAS, the costs associated with the easement and water main project shall be paid
by the Town of Star Prairie; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends approval of the easement to the Town
of Star Prairie.
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors grants a
permanent water main easement to the Town of Star Prairie, attached hereto.

PERMANENT LIMITED WATER MAIN EASEMENT
ST. CROIX COUNTY
GRANTORS, for and in consideration of the sum of One dollar ($1.00)
grants and conveys any and all rights and interest which, by virtue of prior title, easement,
license, or other legal devices, GRANTOR holds in the land described below to the Town of
Star Prairie, GRANTEE.
This conveyance shall be binding on the GRANTOR, GRANTEE, and their respective
successors and assigns.
A Permanent Limited Watermain Easement for the right to construct and
maintain a water distribution system including for such purpose the
right to operate necessary equipment thereon and the right of ingress This space is reserved for recording data
and egress as long as required for such public purpose. Following
construction and topsoil restoration, the grantor shall have
continued use of easement surface area. Return to

Being a part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and part of 421 Frenette Drive
the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 all in Section 35, Township 31 Chippewa Falls, WI. 54729
North, Range 18 West, Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County
Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:

Being a strip of land 15 feet in width adjacent to and north of the 261 - 1019 -07 -350
north right of way line of County Road K lying within the easterly Parcel Identification Number/Tax Key Number
880 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section
35.
Also being a strip of land 15 feet in width adjacent to and north of
the north right of way line of County Road K lying within the westerly
215 feet of the Southeast W of the Northwest W of said Section 35.
Said lands contain 16425 square feet (0.38 acres)more or less.
