BUILDING SERVICES DEPARTMENT BY PLACING IT IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE
COORDINATOR'S DEPARTMENT

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has received a retirement notice from current
Building Services Director Ralph Robole; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has oversight authority over the Building Services
Department and the position of Building Services Director; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has considered organizational options prior to
refilling the position as required by the County Board Rules and By -Laws, Article VI, Section E,
and recommends placing the Building Services Department in the Administrative Coordinator's
Department and have the Building Services Director be supervised by and report to the
Administrative Coordinator.
THEREFORE be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors hereby
authorizes the reorganization and directs that the Building Services Department be placed in the
Administrative Coordinator's Department and the Building Services Director be supervised by
and report to the Administrative Coordinator effective with the retirement of Mr. Robole.
FURTHER, be it resolved that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors thanks Ralph
Robole for his many years of service to St. Croix County and wishes the best for him and his
family in his retirement.
