RESOLUTION TO NEGOTIATE WITH HUDSON AREA LIBRARY FOUNDATION
FOR ACQUISITION OF A PARCEL OF LAND
RESOLUTION NO. (2007)
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the Hudson Area Library Foundation has requested an agreement with St.
Croix County for an option or some other reservation of right to acquire a parcel of land on the
Government Center property for a new library building; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends negotiating with the foundation on its
request and that Supervisor Gordon Awsumb and Supervisor Stan Krueger represent the County.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that
Supervisor Gordon Awsumb and Supervisor Stan Krueger are appointed to negotiate an
agreement with the Hudson Area Library Foundation for an option or other reservation of right
to acquire a parcel of land on the Government Center property for a new library building to be
brought back to the Board for consideration and action.
