HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2007 (41) RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO TOWN OF HUDSON ZONING ORDINANCE Resolution No. `41 ( o67 WHEREAS, at a Public Hearing on October 16, 2007 the Town of Hudson approved an ordinance amendment to change the zoning from Commercial to Commercial/Light Industrial for Lot 2 and Lot 3 of the Hudson Business Center. WHEREAS, Section 60.62(3), Wisconsin Statutes requires in counties having a county zoning ordinance that no town zoning ordinance or amendment of a zoning ordinance is effective unless approved by the county board; and WHEREAS, St. Croix County has a zoning ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Committee has reviewed the proposed Town ordinance amendment and recommends approval; and THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the Town of Hudson ordinance amendment set out above is hereby approved.
