ZONING ORDINANCE

WHEREAS, at a Public Hearing on October 16, 2007 the Town of Hudson approved an
ordinance amendment to change the zoning from Commercial to Commercial/Light Industrial for
Lot 2 and Lot 3 of the Hudson Business Center.
WHEREAS, Section 60.62(3), Wisconsin Statutes requires in counties having a county
zoning ordinance that no town zoning ordinance or amendment of a zoning ordinance is effective
unless approved by the county board; and
WHEREAS, St. Croix County has a zoning ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Committee has reviewed the proposed Town
ordinance amendment and recommends approval; and
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the Town
of Hudson ordinance amendment set out above is hereby approved.

THEREFORE, the following described parcels are hereby rezoned from Commercial to
Commercial/Light Industrial:
Lot 2 and Lot 3 of the Hudson Business Center
