ST. CROIX INDUSTRIES PARKING LOT

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes §59.52(29)(a) allows a county board of supervisors to determine
the manner in which a public work, including the construction, repair, remodeling or improvement of any
public work or building, is to be done (by contract or directly by the county) when the estimated cost of
the public work does not exceed $25,000; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Health and Human Services Department desires to have repairs
done to the St. Croix Industries (Sheltered Workshop) parking lot; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Highway Department is able and willing to perform the work;
and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the public work is $15,000.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the St. Croix
County Highway Department is authorized to perform the repair work on the St. Croix Industries parking
lot at a cost not to exceed $15,000.
