Co nrnunily Development staff have reviewed the Land Use Permit application for the construction
of a 16x26 addition to the existing single-family dwelling in the Shoreland Overlay Zoning District
pursuant to chapter 17.30 12.a. The request has been conditionally approved haled on the
application submission and the following findings.
he 75-foot setback to the ordinary high crater rnark has been met.
• 1 he 50 foot Wetland setback has been rnet.
The setbacks to the property lines have been rnet.
• Total land disturbance within 300 feet is approximately 1,000 square feet.
• Erosion and Sediment Control plans have been submilled that meet Wisconsin Department of
Natural Resources lechnical Standards. Best Management Practices and slorrnwater manay_ ement
will be incorporated,
• The Impervious Surface (IS) calculation was performed and rnrtigalion will not be required.
• The County sanitary permit for a new Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systern is approved,
oerrnit number 606934.
Based on these findings, approval of the I and Use Permit is Subject to the following conditions:
t Prior to Construction, erosion control measures, such as silt fencing must be installed downslope the
site prior to land disturbance.
2. St. Croix County reserves the right to require additional sediment and erosion control measures to
be installed if iound necessary due to site-specific concerns and will be docurnented in an as-built
site plan.
3. All temporary erosion control reasures shall be left in place and maintained until the site has
reached a point of at least 170% permanent vegetation. Permanent vegetation shall be established
once final grade is reacnecl or as soon as applicable per plan

4. Once construction is complete and vegetation growth is achieved, the applicant shall submit a
photo of the site to show completion. Prior to removing the temporary sediment and erosion
control measures, please submit this photo and contact this department. .
5. It is the applicant's responsibility to secure any other required local, state or federal permit(s) and
approval (s) prior to land disturbance activity.
6. Failure to comply with the terms or conditions above may result in the revocation of this permit by
the Zoning Administrator pursuant to Chapter 1/11 and chapter 17.30(13).
This approval is subject to the conditions listed above; it does not allow for any additional
construction, structures, or buildings beyond the limits of this request. Your information will remain
on file at the St. Croix County Community Development Department suite. It is your responsibility to
ensure compliance with any other local, stale, or federal permitting or regulations, including
contacting the Town of R cfhmond and the Department of Natural Resources to inquire if additional
permissions are required. This permit is valid for one year, with the possibility of up to two (2) six
month extensions if the applicant subrnils the appropriate permit extension fee and docurnenlation
to the Zoning Administrator. A copy of the Land Use Permit placard should be submitted to the
town's local Building Inspector upon applying for town Wilding_ permit(s). the orange placard must
be posted on the job-site and visible from public view.
