The applicant and property owner is Jetlrey Lan. The site is located at 1 138 132nd Ave in pan of Sec. 28, T30N. R 18` . Town of Richmond. 3. 'The site is 2.48 acres and is zoned as Rural Residential District and is surrounded b\ residential and agricultural land uses. 4. The applicant received approval from the St. Croix County Board of Adjusnnent in 2008 for a Conditional Use Permit (lonnerly known as a Special Exception Permit) SE01 ?3, to operate a Major hone Occupation pursuant to Section 17. 15 ('6)(r) of the St. Croix County 7-cm ring Ordinance, for a woodworking shop. . The applicant is requesting to amend condition number live of Conditional Use Permit SL0173 to adjust the operational hours on Nlon lay I'ridays, from 4PM to 711M, to operation hours on Monday - Friday. from SAM to iPM.
