The request has been conditionally approved based on the application submission and the following findings. • The dwelling with attached garage meet the 75' setback to the ordinary high water mark of the open water/ wet meadow. • The dwelling with attached garage is to riot exceed the 35-foot maximum height requirement fora principal structure. • The impervious surface calculation determines the amount of impervious surface at 3.18%; therefore, no mitigation is required. • Lrosion and sediment control plans have been submitted that meet Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Technical Standards. Best Management Practices will be incorporated. • New well and septic to be installed Based on these findings, approval of the Lane Use Permit is subject to the following conditions: 1.A pre-construction inspection is required to verify the Erosion and Sediment control, best management practices have been installed as per site plan. All stock piles shall have silt fence installed downslope.. 2.St. Croix County reserves the right to require additional sediment ano erosion control measures to be installed if found necessary due to site-specific concerns and will be oocurnented in an as-built site plan, 3. Permanent vegetation shall be established once final grade is reached. A temporary cover crop such as oats, winter wheat or rye, MUlching may also oe necessary if the site is no, stabilised by September 15", 2018. 4.A post-construction inspection is required prior to rernoving the temporary sediment and erosion control measures to verify the minimum of 70% vegetative cover has been achieved. The property owner shall execute and record an affidavit describing the approved storm water managernent plan and maintenance requirements with the County Register of Deeds within 30 days after construction is completed. This approval is subject to the conditions listed above; it does riot allow for any additional construction, structures, or buildings beyond the limits of this request. This Standard Erosion Control Plan is provided to assist in meeting this requirement. Instructions: 1. Complete this plan by filling in requested information, completing the site diagram and marking appropriate boxes on the inside of this form. 2.
