CROIX COUNTY AND LOCAL 453 OF THE WISCONSIN PROFESSIONAL POLICE ASSOCIATION/LAW ENFORCEMENT EMPLOYEE RELATIONS DIVISION FOR 2019 - 2021 1 WHEREAS, St. Croix County representatives have negotiated a labor agreement with 2 Local 453 of the Wisconsin Professional Police Association/Law Enforcement Employee 3 Relations Division for the years 2019 through 2021; and 4 5 WHEREAS, all the terms of the labor agreement in effect for 2016 through 2018 6 become the terms of the agreement for 2019 through 2021, except as modified by the attachment 7 to this resolution; and 8 9 WHEREAS, the Administration Committee recommends approval of the agreement. 10 11 THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the 12 labor agreement for January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2021 between St. Croix County and 13 Local 453 of the Wisconsin Professional Police Association/Law Enforcement Employee 14 Relations Division is approved. CROIX COUNTY AND LOCAL 453,WPPA/LEER 1. Article 5, Section 2, Job Applications and Classifications, modified to read as follows: Section 2 -Job Classifications: Seniority lists shall be maintained for each job classification and shall be used for purposes of layoff, recall, vacation scheduling or resolution of any other such dispute between equally qualified employees. Separate job classifications currently existing within the bargaining unit are as follows: Investigator Process Server Security Officer II Security Officer I certified not certified Court Officer Primary Services/ Correction Officer II Correction Officer I De ut (certified) (not certified) Court Services Deputy Sergeant Positions: 1. Posting requirements and qualifications will be listed on primary services/corrections/court services sergeant job descriptions as follows: a. Corrections Bureau Sergeant: Associates Degree in: a Wisconsin vocational or technical education district or its accredited equivalent from another state or a minimum of 60 fully accredited college level credits, eligible to be jail-certified in state of Wisconsin. Must have 2 years experience as a Corrections Bureau Deputy in the St. Croix County Sheriff s Office,---02r any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities. b. Primary Services Sergeant: Associates Degree in: Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Sociology, or related field; minimum of 60 college level credit hours; bachelor's degree preferred. Must have 2 years experience as a Primary Services Deputy in the St. Croix County Sheriff s Office,. car any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities. 1 C. Court Services Sergeant: Associates Degree in: Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Sociology, or related field; minimum of 60 college level credit hours; bachelor's degree preferred. Must have 2 years experience as a Court Services Deputy in the St. Croix County Sheriff's Office,. 2r any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities. d. Investigations Sergeant: Associates Degree in: Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Sociology, or related field; minimum of 60 college level credit hours; bachelor's degree preferred. Article 11, Section 1, Medical Insurance modified to read as follows: Section 1: The Employer will pay ninety percent (90%) of the total monthly health insurance premium, the employee will pay ten percent(10%)of the total monthly health insurance premium. Commencing January 1„ 2020g the Employer will pay ninety percent 90®/®} of the total monthly health insurance premium„ the employee will pav ten percent 10°/®} of the total monthly health insurancepremium for employees and their families who ap rticipate in requisite wellness initiatives. the total monthly health insurance premium, the employee will pav twenty percent 20®/®} of the total monthly health insurance premium for employees and their families who do not participate in requisite wellness initiatives. At the termination of the contract, the cost of any health insurance increases will be equally split between the parties until a successor agreement is reached. 3.
