This Conditional Ilse Permit allows Ilse operation of a Contractors Storage Yard in the Rural Residential District pursoaut to Section 1 7.1 ~((oid1 of the St. CYOix County Zoning Ordinance. The hours of operation are from ?:0(I AM 6:00 PM. Monday-Friday. and ?:0D AM 4:010 PM on Saturdays. Storing of machinery containing engines and the changing of fluids may only take place on impervious surfaces. 4. The applicant shall be responsible for securing any necessary local. State. or Federal permit(s). licenses and approvals. AH construction and demolition materials. waste products. effluents. residual solvents shall he properly disposed of to applicable County and State standards. Construction and demolition debris is solid vyaste subject to the provisions in chapters NR ?00-5~18 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code and Chapter 'I of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances. The burning of construction and demolition debris is prohibited. o.
