The request has been conditionally approved based on t~re application suomission and the following findings: • The proposed structures meet the 75 fool selhark to the ordinary high water mark. • The proposed structt;res meet the setbacks to the prepcry lines. • Total land disturbance is approximately 10,000 square feel • Hudion and Sediment Control plans have been submittec that rneet W'iscocsin Department of Natural Resources Technical S.ancards. Best Management Practices and stormwater rnanagernent will be incorporated. • The Impervious Surface (IS) calculation resulted in 91% Impervious Surface; tnerefore, mitig_ ation standards as per Chapter 17.30 M. do riot apply. • The County sanitary permit for a new private onsite wastewater treatment syslern is cur•ently under review. • No land disturbance to slopes greater than 19.99% is to occur. • No access and viewing Corr dor is proposed within the 75-foot setback at this time. Based on these findings, approval of the Land Use Permit is suolect to the following conditions: 1. Prior to Construction, the 75 foot sho,eland setback must be flagged and erosion control measures, such as silt -encing, sediment logs, or berms must be. insla led dcww Lope and prior to all land disturbance activity. 2. A pre-construction inspection is required to validate setbacks and verity erosion and sediment control has been installed downslope of construction activities. A post-construction inspection is required prior to removing the terporary sediment and erosion control measures, please call the I and Use Inspector, Rick Ingli at (715) 531-1917 to schedu e this inspection. 6 For future vegelation removal within the 75 root setba(k, a Land Use Permit will be required. It is the applicant's responsibility to secure any other required loca, state or federal perm t;s) and approval(s) prior to land disturbance activity. 8. Failure to comply with the terms or corditions above may result it the revocation of this permit by the Zoning Administrator pursuant to Chapter 17.I' and chapter 17i0 (13).
