MINUTES OF THE AD HOC NEGOTIATIONS COMMITTEE
MAY 5, 2009
Meeting was convened by Supervisor Standafer at 10:01 a.m. Present: Daryl Standafer, Dick
King and Cindy Leonard. Others present: Supervisors David Peterson, Sharon Norton- Bauman,
Esther Wentz and Buck Malick. Staff present: Administrative Coordinator Chuck Whiting,
Human Resources Administrator Tammy Funk. Others present: Supervisors Roger Rebholz and
Julie Speer.
Approval of Minutes of March 10, 2008
Motion by Leonard, second by King to approve the minutes of April 1, 2009. Carried
Unanimously.
1. Joint Meeting with Finance Committee - Closed session per WI Stat. 19.85 (1) e. to deliberate and
review collective bargaining strategies concerning the LAW bargaining unit. Reconvene into
open session.
Motion by King, 2 by Leonard to move into closed session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e)
to deliberate and review collective bargaining strategies concerning the LAW bargaining unit.
Roll call vote — all ayes. Carried unanimously. Session closed at 10:02 a.m. Motion by King,
2nd by Leonard to reconvene into open session. Carried unanimously. Session reconvened in
open session at 11:05 a.m.
There being no further business to come before the committee, the meeting was adjourned at
11:05 p.m.
