strategies concerning the LAW bargaining unit.
Reconvene into open session.

APRIL 1, 2009
Meeting was convened by Supervisor Standafer at 10:40 a.m. Present: Daryl Standafer, Dick
King and Cindy Leonard. Others present: Staff present: Whiting, Funk and Sheriff Hillstead
Others present: Rebholz and Speer.
Approval of Minutes of March 10, 2008
Motion by Leonard, second by King to approve the minutes of March 10, 2008. Carried
Unanimously.
1. Closed session per Wl Stat. 19.85 (1) e. to deliberate and review collective bargaining strategies
concerning the LAW bargaining unit., Reconvene into open session.
Motion by King, 2 nd by Leonard to move into closed session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e)
to deliberate and review collective bargaining strategies concerning the LAW bargaining unit.
Roll call vote — all ayes. Carried unanimously. Session closed at 11:02 a.m. Motion by King,
2 nd by Leonard to reconvene into open session. Carried unanimously. Session reconvened in
open session at 11:09 a.m.
There being no further business to come before the committee, the meeting was adjourned at
12:16 p.m.
