Community Development staff have reviewed the Land Use Permit application for the replacement
of existing antennas and related cellular equipment on the tower located at the property listed
above Staff finds that the project meets the applicable provisions pursuant to Section 17.50 Mobile
lower Siting and has been conditionally approved based on the following findings:
1. The application submission has a I required inforrnalrcm pursuant to 17.50 D.2. d.
2. The property owner acknowledgement letter submitted with application.
3. No change in height of the existing tower
4. 1 he landowner lease agreernent was submitted with the application.
Based on these findings, approval of the Land Use Perrnit is subject to the following conditions:
1. The components shall be installed according to the engineered plans received in the
application.
2 Owe this project is completed, contact this Deparument to finalise the permit file.
3. If there is reason to believe this structure and/or faahties are a safety risk, the permit holder
may be required to perform an inspection by a registered engineer and provide a copy of the
report to the 7oning Administrator within 60 days of noticed by St. Croix Counly pursuant to
Chapter 17.50 E.9.
I his approval is subject to the conditions listed above; it does riot allow for any additional
Constrrttlion, struvtures, grading, paving, filling or clearing of vegetation beyond the limits of this
request. Your infonmalion will remain on file at the M. Croix County Community Development
Department suite.
It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any other local, state. or federal permitting or
regulations, including contacting the Town of Kinnickinnic to see if any additional permits are
needed.

This permit is valid for one year, with -he possibiliy Of up to b.^:a l7; six month extensions. Where
the conclitions of this permit arc violated, the Zoning_ Administrator may revoke the permit. the
orange Land Use Permit placard must be posted on Ihejob-site and visible from public view for
the duration of the permit.
