The property owner is Peter Bloch. 2. the site is located at 309 North River Road, River halls. AA 15-1022 3. The applicant requests Conditional Use Permit for processing and sales of an agricultural product. pursuant to tie'Alull 1--.145 C. I. and Section 17.145 C.3.d. of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. 4. The property currently has two DATCP licenses: one to grow and one to process Industrial Hemp. 5. This request would not violate the spirit or general intent of the ordinance since DA I CP allows Wisconsin tanner., to grow and sell industrial hemp as long as they obtain necessary pcrmib and abide by DATCP requirements. 6. Processing, Packaging and Shipping would occur oni during regular business hours Monday- Friday 8am-51)m. the sales of the products would take place online and be shipped offsite, no sales to the public onsite would occur. 8. The c\naction and cultivation building_ will need to have it private onsite w,astcwater trcauncnt system installed. 9. An\ waste products, effluents. residual sohents will he properl\ disposal of to applicable C'ounl\ and State standards. 10. 'I he Town of Kinnickinnic recommends approval. DECISION On the basis of the above hindintty of tact, Conclusions of I aw. and the record herein. the Board approved the applicant', Conditional I se requests, to process Indust ial I letup of up to 300 Acres per year with the following condition: I. The applicant shall be responsible Ibr scenting any necessary local, State. or hcderal permit(s), licenses and approvals. 2.
