The application is complete and has all the required submittal information in I'.50 D?. d. 2. The exiStitte tower meets the setback requirements in 17.50 U. 1. 3. An aeronautical approval report is on file pursuant to 1750 L. 2. 4. Pages 2.3 and 4 of the structural analysis report dated August 4, 2017 has the tower as "adequate" for the co-located components that will be located at a height of 23~ leer. This structural analysis report is in a different format that includes the existing components and the proposed components on the same pages. Rased on these findings. approval of the Land Use Permit is subject to the following, conditions: I. The collocated components shall be installed according to the engineered plans received December 2017. This approval is subject to the conditions listed above; it does not allow 16r any additional construction, structures, grading, paving. filling or clearing of vegetation beyond the limits of this request.
