The applicanUproperty owner is Mari Moncur. fhe site is located at 2945 150th Ave, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. The sire is 20 acres and zoned within the Rural Residential District in the Town or (_iienkwood The applicant submitted an application requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Maior IIorne Occupation, pursuant to Section i 7.15(6)(r) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. The proposed use conform to the g::ucral standards and conditional use standards found in Section 17.155, and therefore does not violate the spirit or general intent of the St. Croix County Rural Residential District or the Major Home Occupation Overlay District. I he proposed conditional use is designed to conform to the general standards and conditional use standards found to Section 17.155 and is also subject to the proposed conditions below. Therefore would not be contrary to the public health, safety, or general welfare. There is existing outdoor lighting for the parking area is shie;ded and downward directed. I he proposed use conforms to the general standards and conditional use standards found in Section 17.155. specifically, Section 17.155 (4)(b), "All home occupations shall be clearly incidental and sccondarv to the use of a dwelling or accessory structure for residential or agricultural purposes. and the appearance of the structure shall not be altered or the occupation within the dwelling or accessory structure be conducted in such a manor which would cause the premises to differ from its residential or agricultura; character by either -he use of colors, materials. construction, lighting. signs. or the emission of sounds. noises. odors or vibrations.- I herefore, the proposed use would not adversely affect property values in the neighborhood affected. nor constitute a nuisance by reasons of noise.
