The proposed structures meet the setbacks to the property lines.
Total land disturbance is approximately *10,000 square feet.

be incorporated.
The impervious surface calculation resulted in 12% total impervious surface therefor, mitigation is

No land distubance to slopes greater than 19.99% is proposed.
Based on these findings, approval of the Land Use Permit is subject to the following conditions:
1. Prior to Construction, the property lines and the drainage easement must be flagged and erosion
co,iuol measures, such as silt fencing, sediment logs, or beans must be installed prior to all land
slab Ince activ'ty.
A pre-construction inspection is required to validate setbacks and verify erosion and sediment
ontrol has been installed downslone of construction activities. Please call the inspector. Rick (715)
1-1917 to schedule this inspection.

month extensions if the applicant submits the appropriate permit extension fee and documentation
