I he convenlional septic system shall be operated in accordance with s PS;h_'-381 W I.%. Adnt. Code, and shall be tnainlainccl
in accordance with component manual SI3D-10?05-P (N.01 x'01 All local and Air stale ales pertainin, to system
maintenance and maintenance reporting shall be complied with. (lueslions on the operation or maintenance of the system

Scolic Tank
Septic tank servicing mechanics complN with SPS ;83.54(1 Ile). Septic tank to be located within 150' of %cmcc pad, wilh
bottom of tank to be I5' below service pad elevation. The operating condition of the septic lank and outlet filler shall be
assessed al least once wary Iwo years by inspection. The septic rank content, shall be rcnmvcd when the sludge and scum in
the tank c\cced l_ the liquid volume ill the tank. the contents ofthe septic tank shall be disposed of in accordance with NR
113, Wis. Adm. Code, by an individual cenificd to service septic tanks under s. M.-18. Stiff,. If the contents of the lank arc
not removed at the time ofa biannual assessntcau, maintenance personnel shall advise the owner of when service will be
needed to maintain less than I ~ scunh and sludge accumulation in the lank. The outlet filter shall he cleaned as necessary to
ensure proper operation. The filter cartridge should not be removed unless provisions are made to retain solids in the lank
that may slou,h oll'lhe filler when renamed from its enclosure. If the filler is equipped wish an alarm, the filter shall be
