Stillwater, MN 55087 RE: Conditional Approval: I ileli LUP-2019-017 Project I ocalion: 17.3118 1284, Town of Star Prairie Project Address: 964 218"' Ave Keith, Community Development staff have reviewed the Land t:se Permit application for the construcbon of a single faintly dwelling, attached garal and driveway in the Shoreland Overlay Zoning District Purcuanl to Chapter 17.30 I The request has been conditionally approved based on the application s,rbrrission and the following findings: • The proposed structure meets the 75-foot setback to the ordinary high water rnark and the SO-foot wetland setback, • The proposed structrne meets the property line setbacks, • Total land disturbance is approximately 10,000 square feet. • Erosion and sediment (onlrol plans have been submitted that meet Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Technical Standards. Best management practices and storrnwater management will be incorporated • The proposed structure is greater than 300 feet from the ordinary high water mark and the lot is not a riparian lot. • A ounty sanitary perrnit for a new private onsite wastewater treatment system is required. • No land disturbance to qualifying slopes greater than 19.991/o is proposed. Raced on these findings, approval of the Land Use Permit is sunled to the following conditions: 1. Prior to Construction, the 100-foot setback to the right-of way, the drainage easement, the 50-foot wetland setback and the north property line must be flagged and erosion control measures, such as silt fencing, sediment logs, or berms must be installed prior to all land disturbance activity. 7. A pre-construction inspection is required to validate setbacks and verify erosion and sediment control has been installed do,vnslope of construction activities. 3. All temporary erosion control measures shall be left in place and maintained until the site has reached a point of at least /0% permanent vegetation. Permanent vegetation shall be established once final grade is reached or as soon as applicable per plan. 6. It is the applicant's responsibility to secure any other regwred local, stale or federal permit(s) and approval(s) prior to land disturbance activity. 1. Failure to comply With the terms or conditions above may result in the revocation of this perrnit by the Zoning Administrator pursuant to C hapler'I;./1 and ( hiapler 1/30 P. (13). This approval is subject to the conditions listed above; it does not allow for any additional construction, structures, or buildings beyond the limits of this request.
