Members present : Krueger, Mary Louise Olson, Gerald Peterson, Herb Giese, Art Jacobson. Also present : John Borup, HHS Director; Kristie Tellijohn, DON; Carolyn Krieger, NHA; and John Krizek and Debra Kathan. Moved (Giese, Olson) and approved to accept the agenda as presented. The next meeting date was set for June 9 at 9 a.m. Moved (Olson, Peterson) and approved to accept the minutes of the April 20 meeting. Motion (Giese, Jacobson) to go into closed session per WI Stat . 19 . 85 (1) c for the purpose of reviewing negotiation pay strategies . Roll call vote : all aye; moved into closed session at 9 : 10 a.m. Moved (Peterson, Giese) and approved to come out of closed session at 11 :40 a.m. Moved (Jacobson, Peterson) and approved to authorize a memorandum of agreement with the Health Center Union regarding the extension of "attendance pay" for an experimental period of time (March 28 through May 29) and an extended period of time for, CNA' s only (May 30 through June 26) . The first experimental period was to include non-union, non- administrative nursing home employees also. The committee reviewed the revised job description for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator in the HHS operations . Moved (Olson, Jacobson) and approved to send the job description to the Evaluation Team for a system review. It was noted that the non-union employees would be beginning a voluntary dental program on June 1. Approximately 25 employees signed commitments during the first recruitment period.
