The original ordinance did not expressly identify that the property was being rezoned from the Rural Residential District to the Commercial District. Adoption of this ordinance corrects that error. R01 �'w '° �..1NTY ORDINANCE AMENDING 871(2018) -REZONING REQUEST - TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE - KLUCAS - RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL 1 AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE, 2 SECTION 24,T31N, R18W,TOWN OF STAR PRAIRIE 3 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows: 4 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County of St. 5 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property: 6 From Rural Residential District to Commercial District: 7 A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 24,T31N, R18W,Town 8 of Star Prairie, St. Croix County,Wisconsin, being more particularly described as 9 follows: Commencing at the E 1/4 Corner of said Section 24; thence N89°39'44"W 10 (bearings referenced to the monumented E-W 1/4 Section Line of said Section 24 and 11 also to the St. Croix County Coordinate System as based on NAD'83291 Adjustment) 12 50.01' along said E-W 1/4 Section Line to the Westerly right-of-way line of State Trunk 13 Highway'65', being also the Point of Beginning; thence SO°46'46"E 600.00' along said 14 Westerly right-of-way line; thence N89°39'44"W 300.00'; thence NO°46'46"W 600.00' 15 to said E-W 1/4 Section Line; thence S89°39'44"E 300.00' along said E-W 1/4 Section 16 Line to the Point of Beginning; containing 179,965.8 square feet (or 4.1 acres), more or 17 less. 18 The official zoning map of the Town of Star Prairie on file in the Community Development 19 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance. 20 Dated this 7th day of May, 2019 at Hudson, Wisconsin.
