ST C RQ ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 17.72; SECTION 21, TOWN28N, RANGE
18W, TOWN OF KINNICKINNIC
1 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows:
2 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County of St.
3 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property:
4 SEC 21 T28N R18W PT SW NW& PT NW SW
5 CSM 17-4480 LOT 1 & OL 1 (10 AC)
6 The official zoning map of the Town of Kinnickinnic on file in the Community Development
7 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
8 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in Section 59.14
9 of the Wisconsin Statutes.This ordinance shall not be codified.
10 Dated this 8th day of January, 2019 at Hudson, Wisconsin.
