Agricultural District
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This Ordinance corrects a rezoning ordinance that was previously adopted by the Board in
January of 2019. The original ordinance did not expressly identify that the property was
being rezoned from the Rural Residential District to the AG-2 Agricultural District. Adoption
of this ordinance corrects that error.

3 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows:
4 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County of St.
5 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property:
6 From Rural Residential District to AG-2 Agricultural District:
7 SEC 21 T28N R18W PT SW NW& PT NW SW
8 CSM 17-4480 LOT 1 & OL 1 (10 AC)
9 The official zoning map of the Town of Kinnickinnic on file in the Community Development
10 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
