Include a visual inspection of the tank(s) to Identity any missing or broker hardwaie, -dentify any cracks or leaks, measure the volurne of
combined sludge and scum and to check for any back up or pording of effluent on the ground surface. The dispersal cell(s) shall be
visually inspected to check the effluent evels in the observation pipes and to checx for any pending of effluent on the ground surface,

When the combined accumulation of sludge and scurn in any tank equals one-third (h) or more of the tank volume, the entire contents of
