The request has been conditionally approved based on the application subrnission ,-wd the following lindings: • No buildings or sUuctures arc proposed to be constructed, other than the walkway as indicated on the site plan. • The impervious surface (IS) calculation resulted in 18% total existing impervious surface. There is no increase to the impervious surface proposed at this time. • Erosion and sedimem control plans have been submitted that meet Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Technical Standards.
