Cornmunity Development staff have reviewed the Land Use Permit application for the following:
removal of an existing walkway, construction of a new walkway within the !S-foot ordinary high
..voter mark setback, vegetation management within the 15 foot ordinary high mater mark setback,
)rc: the !nstailation of shoreiic,c rip rap in the Shoreland Overlay Zoning District pursuanl to
Chapter 1 30 1. The request has been conditionally approved based on the application subrnission
,-wd the following lindings:
• No buildings or sUuctures arc proposed to be constructed, other than the walkway as indicated on
the site plan.
• The impervious surface (IS) calculation resulted in 18% total existing impervious surface. There is no
increase to the impervious surface proposed at this time.
• Erosion and sedimem control plans have been submitted that meet Wisconsin Department of
Natural Resources Technical Standards. Best management practices and stormwater management
vr01 he incorporated.
• No land disturbance, filling or grading to slopes greater than 19.()()% was proposed.
• The applicant proposes establishin vegetation outside of the 35 foot vegetative buffer, removing
invasive speaes vvil-iin the ? =-foot vcgclauve or.ffer, and stabil zrx; cros,o~ akwq the access and
viewing corridor.
Based on these findnul., appio)val of the Lard Usc Per-rnit is snhject to the follo,,ving conditions:
A Copy of the DNR Permit for Rock-Riprap shall be submitted prior to the start of the project.
Prior to Construction, the erosion control measures, Such as silt fencing, sediment logs, or bens
Must be installed prior to all and disturbance activity.
i. A post-construction inspection is required prior to removing the temporary sedimeril and erosion
control measures.

reached a point of at least /0%, permanent vegetation. Permanent vegetation shall he established
once final grade is reached or as soon as applicable per plan.

aoproval(s) prior to land disturbance activity.

This approval is Subject to the conditions listed above; it does not A ov, `or any additional
construction, structures, or buildings beyond the limits of this request. Your information will remain
on file ai the St. Croix County Community Development Department suite. It is your responsibility to
ensure compliance with any other local, state, or federal perrnitting or regulations, including
contacting the Town of I Judson and the Department of Natural Resources to inquire if additional
permissions are required. This perrnit i% valid for one year, with the possibility of up to Iwo (7) six
month extensions if the applicant Submits the appropriate permit extension fee and documentation
